Ensuring the safety of the food supply chain is a high priority here at Express Produce.
Our food safety program is integrated company-wide. Heidi Wietjes, MS, RD, LMNT, LD is our food safety coordinator. She is ServSafe certified through the National Restaurant Association. In addition, she is Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified by the International HACCP Alliance and has completed the Food Defense Coordinator class offered by the American Institute of Baking. In addition, we have a Quality Control Coordinator within our company to make sure our product quality is at its highest level.
